All youth aged 18-35 who:
- Have a business idea,
- Are committed to work hard to develop and implement a business plan,
- Ready to start a new business and demonstrate knowledge of proposed business idea, and
- Have access to finances to match a grant

Fast Track Entrepreneurs WHO CAN APPLY?All entrepreneurs aged 18-35 who:
- Have completed entrepreneurship training and developed a business plan through the support of other entrepreneurship programs, and/or
- Own a business not older than 24 months
- Have access to finances to match a grant
